The Certificate of Excellence is awarded to lodgings, dining venues, and attractions worldwide that have consistently provided an outstanding customer experience.

The Certificate of Excellence considers the quality, quantity, and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor rating of at least four out of five, accumulate a minimum number of reviews, and have been listed on TripAdvisor for a minimum of 12 months.
