Over the weekend, the reality star made quite an entrance on social media by revealing her Mystique costume, a character from the X-Men franchise known for her mutant abilities.
At 42 years old, Kardashian transformed herself into the fictional comic-book character, a stunning shapeshifting assassin, by donning a skintight blue bodysuit with a faux-scaly texture. The role of Mystique has previously been portrayed by actresses like Rebecca Romijn and Jennifer Lawrence in the X-Men films.
To complete her remarkable transformation, Kardashian applied blue face paint, covering her entire face with the same hue. She also wore striking yellow contact lenses and a vibrant red wig.
While showcasing her new look as Mystique in one of her video clips, Kardashian could be heard expressing her enthusiasm, stating that the transformation looked “very awesome.”
She later posted a video on Twitter with the caption “Hey Marvel,” leading followers to urge the entertainment company to take note. Others couldn’t help but comment on how well Kardashian’s fantasy costume complemented her incredible physique.
The level of commitment you put into that costume is unimaginable. It reminds me of the day you went without food just to afford that Marilyn Monroe dress. One person wrote, “always giving it their all.”
And she’s nailing it with her style, even when wearing heels, a third individual insisted. Unsurprisingly, Kardashian wasn’t the only member of her famous family who went all out for Halloween this year.
The Skims founder had previously shared photos of her and Kanye West’s four children – North, 9; Saint, 6; Chicago, 4; and Psalm, 3 – portraying hip-hop icons Aaliyah, Snoop Dogg, Sade, and Eazy-E, respectively.
