Despite recent reports of a potential split between Justin Bieber and his longtime manager, Scooter Braun, representatives for both Bieber and Braun have denied the claims and clarified that they are still working together. Multiple sources stated that Justin Bieber is not seeking new management and that the two have recently collaborated on a project.
The rumors of a Bieber-Braun split emerged after Justin Bieber cut ties with multiple individuals and companies, including CAA and his longtime lawyer, in the months following the cancellation of his world tour. He also sold his music catalog to Hipgnosis Songs Capital for $200 million.
Scooter Braun, on the other hand, expanded his career by selling his company, Ithaca Holdings, to HYBE, the South Korean K-pop giant behind BTS. He currently serves as the CEO of HYBE America. Bieber has been working with Braun since 2006 when he was discovered after posting videos of himself singing on YouTube. The two have had a long and successful working relationship since then.
In other news, Bieber’s ex-girlfriend, Selena Gomez, announced her upcoming song “Single Soon” on Instagram. The post also contained a cryptic message, “Don’t settle for being someone’s sometimes.” This led to speculation about the song’s potential focus on her past relationship with Justin Bieber, with whom she had an on-and-off relationship from 2010 to 2018. Despite both of them moving on with their lives and Bieber’s marriage to Hailey Baldwin, their past relationship continues to be a subject of interest and discussion.
